Originally a 1940s-era, one-story brick building that housed many of the vendors until recently (and was previously known as the Essex Street Market). At 37,000 square feet, the new market, on the other side of Delancey Street, in the Lower East Side in New York, is about three times the size of the original site.

US EMBASSY, BANGKOK, THAILAND

A New Office Annex (NOX) is designed for the US Embassy’s 11-acre (4.4-hectare) property in the Bangkok's Pathum Wan district, replacing a smaller office building that functioned until the mid-1990s for the US Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings

 

UBER HEADQUARTERS, SAN FRANCISCO, CA

SHOP ARCHITECTS

Planned to rise on a 14-acre vacant site in the city's Mission Bay neighborhood, the 423,000 square-foot scheme will consist of two towers: an 11‐story tower at 1455 Third Street and a 6‐story structure at 1515 Third Street connected by two distinct circulation bridges over a public park below.
